We do have a 30 day refund policy. Everyone that reaches out to us within 30 days after purchasing, will get a full refund. Also be sure to include the email that you used during the checkout process.

It may take up to 48 hours for us to initiate your refund after you reach out to us. We then initiate your refund and it may take 7-10 days for the funds to show on your bank account. The speed is not something we can influence. This is all done by our payment processor.

*You can not get a refund for done-for-you services in which you paid us to create or publish your app for you. This is also stated on the checkout pages*. You can get a refund for all other purchases such as the Lifetime Deals.
