If you are having issues logging in, after you bought one of our plans, then it is likely that you misspelled your email on our checkout page. We automatically use the email and password you filled in on the check-out form to create a Gappsy account for you.


Please click on: open a ticket and open a ticket regarding this issue. Attach a screenshot of your payment to us and please add the name and email that you think that you used during the checkout.. 


We will reach out to you within 48 hours (usually way faster), to give you new login credentials for your Gappsy account.
